The seller of the products described in the online catalogue on www.paulmeccanico.com is the Paul Meccanico Srls with legal and operational headquarters in Sarnano (Mc) – Italy – Via Gavasci no. 15. (Vat no. and Tax code no.: 01886440435).
In the purchase agreement between the seller Paul Meccanico Srls (hereafter named as Company) and the buyer (hereafter named as Client) only those general sales conditions apply that are in force at the moment of placing the order.
Any other conditions will not be recognized. It will be upon the Company's authority either to modify, add or cancel such conditions at any time.
CONCLUSION OF SALES AGREEMENT
The agreement between the Company and the Client is presumed to be concluded when the Company confirms the order to the Client by e-mail (sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client itself). The order will however not be shipped until the payment has been received by the Company.
In the confirming e-mail all the data given by the Client will be repeated, such as the main characteristics of the purchased products, the price, the method of payment and the delivery costs. The Client must verify the correctness of those data and promptly notify our customer service (customservice@paulmeccanico.com) in case of mistakes or inaccuracies.
It's upon the Company's authority not to confirm or accept certain purchases.
An integral part of the execution of the sales agreement is the taking note and the full acceptance of the general sales conditions by the Client. In accordance with the rules and regulations for distance selling, the Client must either print or save an electronic copy of the conditions.
On the Company website (www.paulmeccanico.com) the Client can only view and purchase the items that available in the catalogue at the time of the order.
OCCURRENCE OF SLIGHT DIFFERENCESDespite the fact that we are doing our utmost to show the colours as realistic as possible, slight differences between the colours of the photos and the real ones may occur. Those differences are caused by the video colour settings and cannot be considered an product defect.
As all our products are handmade, slight imprecisions in stitching and other for the overall quality irrelevant may occur. These differences cannot be considered product defects when they are exclusively a result of the handwork.
PRICESOur products' prices are stated in Euro (Vat included) according to the price list in force when the Client places the order.
RETURN POLICYAccording to the EU regulations for e-commerce, the Client (who purchases the goods as a private person, without his/her own VAT number) has the right to renounce the contract for any reason, without providing explanations within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. The Client can do this by sending a written notice to the Company (customservice@paulmeccanico.com), specifying the product identification and client data (Client, address, product model, Client code, purchase date). Once the Company receives this written notice, the Company's customer service will contact the Client with instructions for the return of the goods, including an authorization number. The Client shall return the goods within 10 days from the sending of authorization code by the Company, with the authorization code clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. No return will be accepted without the return authorization number.
The courier choice for the return and the relating expenses must be paid by the Client. The goods return shipping will stay under the Client's responsibility until we have received the goods at our warehouse. We therefore advise the Client to choose a courier that provides a traceability service for the shipments and to insure the shipment value.
The following terms also apply to returns: all the goods must be returned in perfect condition, must be complete, and shall not show usage signs.
We will not accept any goods returned if:
the product is damaged due to the return transport
the product shows obvious usage signs
the product lacks essential elements, such as accessories, components, labels, etc.
After examining the product and verifying that the return conditions are valid, the Company will refund the full amount of the product (except for the shipping expenses) to the Client within 14 days from the receipt of the goods at our warehouse, using the same payment method as used by the Client (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) for the purchase.
Should the returned goods be damaged during return transport, the Company will notice the Client (within 10 days from the receipt of the return at our warehouse), in order to enable the Client to claim compensation for the damages from the courier, aiming at receiving a refund (if insured). By presenting the related and valid notification and correspondence to the Company, the goods will be made available to the Client for its return and the Company will simultaneously cancel the original return request.
If the product is either faulty or doesn't correspond to the ordered one, then the purchase cost, as well as the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost will be refunded. The Client cannot return products showing damage or tampering signs passing them off as flaws, such as, for example:
normal use signs
improper use sings
product tampering
extreme or stress use done by the Client
Should the product get lost during the return transport, we will not grant any refund.
The Client shall verify the wholeness of the received product by promptly notifying us contingent faults of the item (customservice@paulmeccanico.com).
The right of withdrawal isn't valid on customised products made by the Paul Meccanico Srls upon the Client's request, concerning graphics, moulds or packaging.
WARRANTYThe warranty of the product is limited to the regulation in force at the moment of execution of the order in Italy.
DATA POLICY PROTECTION AND PRIVACYThe Company doesn't share, give or sell the Client's data with/to third parties. Data given to us are shared with third parties exclusively for transport reasons connected to the shipping of the purchased products to the address provided by the Client itself. All the data inserted by the Client to the Compamy’s website (www.paulmeccanico.com) are exclusively used for internal purposes.
INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY PROTECTIONThe industrial property is protected under the regulation in force at the moment of the execution of the order.
COPYRIGHTWithout explicit approval or license granted by Paul Meccanico Srls, it is forbidden to produce or sell products branded Paul Meccanico Srls. It is also forbidden to use, even partially, the elements of the website (www.paulmeccanico.com) like images, artworks, texts owned by Paul Meccanico Srls and protected by the regulations for intellectual property rights.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
The confirmed orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Client. The shipping will be carried out by the Courier chosen by the Company. The Company will send an e-mail to the Client confirming the shipping and mentioning both the link and the tracing code.
Once the goods are delivered, the Client shall check whether the quantity of parcels corresponds to the quantity on the transport document, and that the parcel is intact.
Any possible damage to the parcel and/or to the products, or the lacking conformity of the number of parcels, must be promptly signaled through the courier's proof delivery form. Should the Client accept the goods, despite what is written above and without filling in the delivery form, the Company will not accept any claim from the Client for this delivery.
The following approximate delivery times have to be considered (expressed in working days, thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays):

The Company is not responsible for any compensation of damages due to reasons not caused by the Company, such as transport suspensions, labour unions turmoil, work interruptions, etc.
Shipping expenses will be calculated in the shopping cart.
Any possible import duties (if applicable) cannot be estimated by the Company. They are therefore at the expense of the Client and must be paid to the Courier upon the receipt of the goods.
